We are constantly updating our system with the best there is out there and have fine-tuned the tools you will need to ensure your success in the project. • Training: New franchisees will go through an intensive and focused training that will acclimatize them into the STEPL way of work. It will cover the business, educational and cultural aspects which ensure that the new franchise owner is made a member of the STEPL family before he takes up his new venture. The company will fully train the employees of the franchise to enable them to perform their roles well.  
 
• Program materials: All franchisees receive exhaustive materials they need to run their franchises - our custom designed curriculum, curriculum plans, lesson plans, important notices, support material for events, media handling related documents and training, shared learning’s from other branches are just some of the materials that will be constantly provided to all our franchises. 
 
• Advertising and Marketing: All our franchisees have access to professionally prepared advertising, promotional and marketing material. Materials include designs for brochures, newspaper advertisements, direct mailing letters, public relations material, leaflets, banners, etc.
