Q7 - How is better from current school curriculum?
Ans. The School curriculum is limited to textbook knowledge and doesn’t enhance scientific temper. The space astronomy modules are a step by step process which improve a students scientific temper, reasoning and inference.
Q8 - How will my child benefit from astronomy in future?
Ans. Astronomy increases the overall personality to never seen before levels. Students feel more confident about their outlook towards their career and life.
Q9 - How much investment will it require for my child to learn astronomy?
Ans. Learning is a never ending process and once a child gets introduced to astronomy through the space clubs he/she is already training to become an amateur astronomer. A career can then be chosen later on the basis of a students further interests.
Q10 - Will it affect my child's studies?
Ans. The student gets more confident in studies and curriculum because a very organized way of problem solving and concept realization is used to communicate the curriculum. This makes the student more organized and it leads to better management of studies and extracurricular activities.
Q11. What is SPACE an NGO doing?
Ans. Our goal is to popularize and spread of astronomy and space sciences throughout the Indian masses, especially children through path-breaking and innovative concepts, services and programs.
Q.12 When was it started?

Q.16. What is the scope of Astronomy for the students?
Ans. Astronomy & Astrophysics (A &A) is taught as special courses in the M.Sc. programmes of the Physics or Mathematics departments in universities or colleges. It is, therefore, desirable for a student to acquire proficiency in physics and mathematics at the graduate level and then opt for A & A specialization or an engineer with a B.Tech. or B.E. degree, but with aptitude for A & A, can also enter the field as a research scholar. There is an acute need for young scientists to enter into the field. There are several research institutes and Government organizations that employ research scientists in various academic grades for research oriented programmes. Industry: Experience with increasingly sophisticated astronomical instrumentation and expertise gained in computer programming and handling data can serve as valuable assets for jobs in industry. India is also witnessing a growth in planet aria and these educational centers would need qualified astronomers for educating the masses. And astronomer usually work for the government, defence and space research organizations, electrical and electronic equipment manufacturers etc. Space Applications Centers, etc. One can also NGO's like the SPACE which is involved in running their own curriculum in astronomy, telescope making, organizing observation sessions for the public and popularization of Astronomy.
Q.17 What all i get if i join space clubs?
Ans. First you get the valuable knowledge about astronomy which enrich you and give an add on advantage over other classmates. You can call yourself an amateur astronomer and to help in your sky observations and astronomy skills you will get your own astro kit.
